The mission of the Three Folds Care is to be a thread in the cord that ties our communities together while providing the best care, safety and supervision to those in our charge. This will be achieved by being advocates for individual with disabilities and their natural supports. Our goal will be achieved through educational, recreational, and the therapeutic possibilities, achieve dreams, and maximize potential to succeed on their life’s pathway.
Our mission reflects the organization’s provision and availability of services through positive approaches that are dignified, respectful and demonstrate the achievement of outcomes unique to each person supported.
And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

The primary goal of the Three Folds Care program is to support and assist individuals in becoming as independent as possible while maintaining a safe and humane environment. The agency will aid in the development of a variety of formal and informal learning opportunities based on the desired outcomes of the individual. The individuals served will be provided as much assistance, support and supervision as needed to facilitate independence and goal achievement.
The Philosophy of the Three Folds Care is that all people, regardless of their personal level of support needs have the right to pursue their personal goals, dreams and desired outcomes. The agency is dedicated to providing the necessary supports and services through positive approaches that are dignified and respectful and demonstrate the achievement of outcomes unique to each individual served.
